Usage: This set of machine is used for detecting the air tightness of muffler before it leaves the factory. With adjustment of fixture position and testing parameters, it can be used to detect different products.

Testing range:

          1.  pipe OD range：Ø 30- Ø 60mm

          2.  pipe length range：200-1800mm

Test method：                                               

          1.  Gas valve open.

          2.  Acquire pressure and flow signal.

          3.  Gas valve closed，clamping cylinder clamps，a closed space is formed within the pipe that to be detected.

          4.  Delay 10s, flow detection.

          5. Leakage is no more than 30L for qualified, otherwise, is unqualified.

Productivity:

  1.   producing time：30-35s/piece
